Section 141
Disqualifications For Guardian
None of the following persons may
become a guardian:
(a) An incompetent or quasi-competent person,

(b) A person proved to have done an act against the
rights and interests of an incompetent or quasicompetent
person,
(c) A person sentenced by a court to imprisonment for a
term of three years or more.
Provided that this clause shall not be deemed to
prevent a person who is in the priority order under
sub-section (1) of Section 136 from being a
guardian.
(d) A person deemed disqualified to be a guardian by a
count.
